“The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the location had beautiful views of Lake Superior. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, grab a coffee, and stay awhile. Whether you’re staying at the resort or just passing through, do yourself a favor and get a cinnamon roll. They’re incredible. You’ll thank me later!”

“My family and I stayed at this hotel for a snowmobile trip. We got hit with a major blizzard and we physically could not leave to get food, drinks, gas, or anything. A certain employee of this resort helped up immensely and he provided food, warmth, and a safe environment to stay in. This resort was nothing but helpful and it had great hospitality. We could not have asked for a better stay at this resort and we will 100% be back. I recommend everyone, snowmobiler or not, to stay at this hotel because you will not regret it!! The resort itself was cozy, warm, and we all felt safe the entire time. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The lounge area was so cozy and warm and we could all stay in there all day. They have the cutest little cafe and a gift shop full of goodies. This visit was definitely a good one and I recommend everyone to try out this resort!!”

“The owner could not have been more accommodating and cordial. We enjoyed conversing with him. The rooms are large and whad plenty of space for our snowmobile gear. We traveled with our snowmobile club and the large gathering room had tables, sofas, tv, fireplace, coffee and muffins. A great place for us to meet up before and after our rides and hang out at night.”

“We had a great experience staying at Fletchy's! The room was nice and we really enjoyed the large common space. We had friends staying at another location and we were able to spend time together here in the evening. Shawn was very kind and attentive when we needed additional towels and such. I have nothing negative to add and would recommend staying at Fletchy's!”

“Our room was very clean with very comfortable beds and dreamy pillows. The location is absolutely gorgeous and Fletchy’s is the best place to rest after a long day out in nature. We actually ended up getting a flat tire the day we were meant to check out and the owner was kind enough to let us stay another night free of charge! “Well located right along the water in Grand Marais. Our room was tidy and smelled very good. Hallways and common areas are well cleaned and maintained. Internet was very fast. Overall very positive experience over the 2 nights spent there. I recommend Fletchys to anyone looking to explore Pictured Rocks and rock hunters looking for agates and yooperlites on the local beaches, as well as anyone looking to explore the many miles of 2 track dirt roads nearby on ATV’s.”

“Came up to Grand Marais with my boyfriend to celebrate our 4 year anniversary. As avid rockhounds we came for the rocks and picturesque views of Lake Superior and had all of that and more. Fletchy’s was the perfect place to stay! Great beach access right from the parking lot and the hospitality we received from Shaun and his wife truly encompassed the meaning of Midwest nice. What a gem. We will for sure be coming back for more unforgettable trips in the future!”
